What is wrong with my gaming pc?

My gaming preformance is awful i find myself getting terrible preformance in games like arma and rust where im constantly just at 20 fps please tell me how to fix it or what the issue is

I wouldn't call your PC as gaming PC. It's a decent office PC though.

The reason why you can't game on your PC is because it's components are weak according to the today's standards.

If you want to upgrade your PC then you'll need better CPU, GPU and more RAM. For upgrade to a medium-end PC according to the today's standards, look towards my Haswell build that can keep up with today's games just fine. Full specs in my sig.

Though, going with new PC would mean less hassle. For high-end PC according to the today's standards, look towards my Skylake build. Full specs also in my sig.
