While playing games on max setting I get really bad screen tearing despite getting great frames, I want to be able to play my games on max setting without hurting my eyes and getting headaches from the screen tear.

Solution
High framerates (or, to be more precise, framerates higher than the refresh rate of your monitor) do exactly that - tearing.

You have several options:

1) Enable Vsync (this will lock the FPS to your screen's refresh rate, but will likely introduce some input lag)
2) Use a software framerate limiter (MSI afterburner has it, and many games support this feature within their settings - you simply choose the same framerate as your monitor's refresh rate, and the card won't render additional frames at all, resulting in lower temps and less power draw).
