I've been noticing this for a while now. My game would freeze for like half a second and go back to normal.
I've checked temperatures, and ram usage they are all fine (the memory usage was crazy before i formatted. the memory used would go up to 15gig used and i have 16 gig of ram)
Below is the setup i have
MOBO: Asrock Fatality z87 Killer
GPU: 2x GTX 970 SLI
Ram: 16 GB
Storage: SSD (wow is on ssd) and a Caviar blue 1tb HDD
CPU: Intel i7 4771
Monitor: 27 inch 1440p
Not sure if this is the best place to find out the root cause but kinda giving it a shot
