So I have currently 4GB RAM HyperX DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.65V and I bought some Corsair XMS3 DDR3 8GB CL9 1.65V but when I use the Corsair memory my PC keeps restarting
and pops Kernel Security Check failed, When I use just one Corsair stick it pops another error I don't know exactly. the BIOS sees the Memory and It was working fine on Windows 7 32bits
but I want it to work on 64 bit OS (if possible). I tried everything(my BIOS is on the latest version, installing different types of windows). When I try installing a new OS it doesn't let me. I tried changing the voltage and frequency in windows.

Could it be that the RAM is not compatible with 64bits OS?

here are the specs:
Mobo : Gygabyte Ga-H55M-S2V
CPU: i5 660 3.33Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 370
Windows 10 64bits Pro
Memory: HyperX Fury 4GB Dual-Channel 1600Mhz CL9 1.65V(currently on)
Corsair XMS3 8GB Dual-Channel 1600Mhz CL9 1.65V(not on)
