If your count is rising that could indicate impending HDD failure, yes. I would back up anything valuable on the drive as soon as possible (if not already done). Sometimes, when you have just started using an SSD, there might be a few bad sector counts as well, but this is usually not dangerous, and just something they missed when they "cleaned" out the bad sectors in manufacture.

before the count for both current pending sector and uncorrectable sector was 98 both in current and worst section on crystaldisk but now its 93 both, im not really know if its decreasing or increasing.

I would be careful with my usage of it, but if it was hardly used, it might still last a while before breaking if the numbers don't go any more up. If it's your main disk I would replace it asap (and regardless, I would take a backup).

I would never install games on external drives (unless it was an external SSD), but if you get BSODs, then most definitely stop using the disk after having backed up everything on it.

It means it is remapping the sectors, and thus reducing the number of pending sectors to be remapped. If the disk is from WD, try using Data Lifeguard Diagnostic http://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?lang=en. Do note that if the disk is bad, any access on it, including using this program, can hasten the eventual and potential failure.

Oh, and you need to perform the "Extended test" to see if the sector count rises even more. This may take several hours. If the count does increase by more than a couple, I would return the drive to where you got it as "faulty from factory"(unless you have mistreated the HDD, but they can't prove that unless it has marks).
