Asking if my FPS is working in Overwatch as intended?

So hi :) My fps goes from 70-120fps. Settings are set ''ALL'' to low. The game starts to lagg when it hits 80fps... And i should mention that i can't upgrade my amd driver's because everytime i try to install it , it says( http://imgur.com/a/bEBhh ) Even tried DDU.(nothing) , used System restore so i'm back at the old drivers..My specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz / Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics 4GB Memory type : GDDR5 / 16GB RAM /
Windows 8.1 (64 bit) / 1920x1080 75Hz / HWMonitor Test : http://imgur.com/a/p0i40 / I tried a Benchmark test and it sems legit :/ http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/11971781 / This thread is my last resort , if this doesn't help i'm going to my PCService to restore windows and maybe getting a new graphic card :( What are my options?

Hmm, it sounds like a driver problem, but i'd check the connection of the graphics card and RAM, make sure there's no dust or anything in the slot. Try tracking your temperatures and system resources while in game. Look for any stuttering if spiking or dips occur while playing.

Try uninstalling the drivers via device manager, and try installing the new ones. If that doesn't work I'd try reinstalling Crimson. 70-120 sounds normal for fps. Could you explain what you mean by the lagging?

When you aim or track a hero , it freezes for like 0.2sec , so basicly it's very hard to track it like that , it's more easily to track when i get 120fps beacause theres no ''frezzing'' , it's more smooth :| but that 120Fps rarely happens :)
