On my Surfacr Pro 3, I can't connect to my school's guest wi-fi. I could connect it to my home wifi but not public. It says its connected but there is a yellow mark next to it. I've tried reseting the computer. The IPv4 and IPv6 are on automatic, did ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew. Tried pinging the gateway, and it worked. Windows is up to date, same with the network adapter. Went to google chrome, microsoft edge, and Internet explorer and tried google and the default gateway which is 10.10.80.1, nothing happened. All it said was it was taking too long to respond or the site 'google.com' is no longer there or has moved. Uninstalled the network adapter and restarted the surface pro. Tried disabling firewall and the AVAST antivirus. I've been trying to find a solution all over the Internet and I couldn't find anything that will work. Other people with laptops could connect to the guest. Please help, I've been trying to fix this problem for 4 days and none of my friends know what the problem is. I've tried so many solutions and it did not work.
