There are the MSI Z170M Mortar, Gigabyte Z170-HD3 and the ASROCK Z270 Pro4, all would have allow you to overclock your 6600k for cheaper. The ASUS H170 can't overclock your CPU. If you don't care about overclocking, a H270+i5 7600 (3.5-4.1Ghz) would have been the better pick than the 6600k (3.5-3.9Ghz).

With the overclocking assumption of Z170/270 MB you can also switch to higher bandwidth RAM that is also cheaper than the Aegis 2133. In case of H270+7600 Kabylake, you can have RAM upto...

It looks good to me, I can't really speak to Canadian pricing, but the build itself looks good. I would personally try to squeak out a little more money and get a better PSU, but the one you chose isn't a bad option.

As for a better GPU suggestion, that'll depend on what you're trying to accomplish. Generally speaking though, 1080p=GTX 1060, 1440p=GTX 1070, 4k=GTX 1080 or higher.

Unless you don't like AMD, the MSI RX470 4GB Armor OC is the better pick compare to the GTX 1050 Ti ($211.99 after $15.00 rebate card + $9.99 Shipping @ Newegg CA vs $213.95 after $10.00 Mail-In Rebate +Shipping @ Vuugo).

And since currently we're operating under the assumption that you want the CPU overclocked and will be upgrading to a more powerful GPU, get a better PSU, like the Corsair CXM550 for example.
