I have a Logitech Stereo Headset H111 with 1 audio jack (i.e. 3.5mm), and I wanted to use it with my pc, but my pc has 2 audio jack (1 for speaker and 2 for microphone), and when I tried to use it, my microphone was not working. So I buy an audio splitter like this (http://miniimg6.rightinthebox.com/images/190x176/201510/cfvuww1446176922418.jpg) but again my computer showing the microphone is connected but it was not working, So do I need a driver installed in my pc or what should I do other than this... Please help me I am struggling with this problem for 2 months now.

Solution
You don't need a SPLITTER a splitter simply takes a 3 pole 3.5mm connection and turns it into two identical. You don't want that!

If you look closely at your 3.5mm connection you will see it has 4 metal areas seperated by 3 plastic bands.
These are refered to as POLES. So your H111 has a 4-pole 3.5mm.

but look at your splitter and most all 3.5mm jacks - they only have TWO plastic bands, meaning they are only 3 pole.

What you need isn't a splitter - not in the classical sense of the word.

What you need is a 4 pole to dual 3 pole adapter!

What did you mean by this (What you need is a 4 pole to dual 3 pole adapter! ) and my splitter looks like this (https://ae01.alicdn.com/img/pb/787/022/841/841022787_996.jpg) and my headset audio jack looks like this (https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTWAcLea1pT4cPXMKgtNR6p_AHJqXHP3zoIUgw1HEhPyVJwnI27). And once again do I need a driver for headset microphone.

No you don't need a driver. You need a 4 pole to 3 pole converter.

I meant exactly what I said :p
