i5-6600k on standard clock bottlenecking GTX 1060???

So i started noticing stuttering and lag when gaming. So i monitored my components and saw that my CPU is running at 100% on all cores, while my GPU is running at around 50%. This is while playing Battlefield 1 on high settings 1080p. I do not really know if this is just a thing with the game, or if it is a bottleneck, because as far as i know the i5-6600k shouldnt bottleneck a 1060?

CPU: i5-6600K
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 1060 6gb
Motherboard: ASUS Z170
Ram: 8gb
Power supply: 600W
Stock coolers on the cpu and gpu. Only 2 ekstra fans attached in the front and the back of the case.

Battlefield 1 is a poorly optimized cpu intensive game. Are you running a browser in the background while playing? This also adds to your cpu's workload. Try turning down some settings and see if it helps.

Welcome to the world of "Skylake i5's aren't as good as we though".

I closed everything but Battlefield 1 when running the cpu tests. But i've also played Rainbow Six and CS:GO and the CPU is still at 100% in those games.
