GTX 1060 6GB - Asus turbo vs Gigabyte xtreme

Hello,
which of these two versions of the gtx 1060 is better?
Is the Asus turbo too noisy because of the blower fan it uses?
(I have a CoolerMaster CM Force 500 PC case, and a Gigabyte B250 motherboard
(GA-B250M-DS3H) and a i7-7700 CPU.

I have only one fan for the CPU - ALPINE 11 REV2 ARCTIC, and no additional fans.
Wouldn't it be better to get the asus so that the air flows outside of the case and won't heat the other components?

Might , but the aftermarket cards cool better , shouldn't have too much of a problem , 1060's don't run that hot.

alright thanks, one last question, do I need a case fan based on my components or will the gpu and cpu fans be enough? thanks.

Should be enough , but run it and see how temps are , then invest in fans if you need to.
