this is your build changes are;

1. you forgot ram on your build
2. I would change that dead end motherboard to a b250 to permit to expand to a intel 7xxx series (7th gen) later
3. I changed your SSD and HDD, for better known ones that are good drives.
4, cpu comes with a intel heatsink and fan your fine with that

here are the final changes on your build

Your case might have an issue with airflow also also i cant seem to find any info on what motherboard sizes it fits. However as a first time build i would suggest DIYPC cases as they are relatively inexpensive, look cool (IMO), and have decent cooling already inside.
Here is one that is only a few bucks more expensive and fits your motherboard:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811353056

There appears to be a rough budget of $600 in place, i'd be careful with putting out a $700 list. :)
The Bitfenix Nova also has awful airflow, go with something like the Fractal Core 1100 for a little more.
An SSD is also not a great choice in this price range.
Get this OP.

You invest too much in CPU and too less in GPU .
For a gtx1050 ti a g4560 is enough. Going over an i3 is pointless.
H170/110 is neither old or dead end. It can run Intel 7k gen without a problem. You only need to flash the MB to support it.

I consider this build way more balanced. You have an i3 with 2c but still 4 threads clocked at 3.9 (vs 3.2 of the i5). Gtx 1060 and a normal MB (its pointless to go for z1/270 , because you first need a CPU that supports OC. Also for 1080p you won't see much of a difference between 8 or 16 GB of ram. Also the PSU is in tier 2 list , one of the best.

Wellbit depends where you want to invest more. But okay I agree RX480 4gb offers a better perf/$ at 1080p and will not run out of ram.
But I'd still get the i3 7100 simply because of the 3.9ghz , and 4t. Its also way cheaper and allows for an SSD as well.
