First PC Build! Need help!

So, I will be building my first ever PC build, quite excited! I am on a budget, however, and this is the build I have come up with: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8TtCqk

With my new PC, I want to be able to graphic design, game develop, photo edit, video edit, and everything in that area. I decided to go with the Intel i7 Quad-Core for power, but this move means that I will have to opt-out of getting a graphics card. Is this a smart decision? I won't really be playing much games, but I want to sometime in the future, so I'll save up the money and buy a graphics card sometime later.

What do you guys think? Any tips or recommendations?

If you do not need the PC right now- better wait a month. CPU market had very little advancement over the last 5 years, but in two weeks, March 2 is a speculated date of AMD Ryzen CPU release. Early leaks show it to be almost comparable with Intel architecture (-5%- -10%), but 4 core/8 thread Ryzen is expected to cost only ~$200, while 8 core-16 thread one- similar price to Intel i7. Everyone in PC market is excited. So I would recommend:
1) wait for Ryzen release and reviews
2) build your PC with better equipped motherboard (at least B350 for Ryzen)
3) buy RAM in pairs to use it in dual channel
4) consider 2TB hard drive, as they offer better capacity /price, as well as speed. 250GB SSD for the operating system would also be great.

for what you want you really need a graphic card . and since you´re on budget try to buy at least one gtx 1050 ti or rx 470 . Try to get 16gb instead of 8gb of ram .

SSD should help too , only for OS install and few softwares that you need to work faster , like rendering a video .

The integrated Intel graphics card wouldn't be enough?

Intel graphics are never enough , even for gaming.

Should I ditch the i7 for an i3 or i5 and a rx 470?

5) I'm sure there can be advised, for example- you should choose freesync monitor for free adaptive sync, and compatible graphic card like RX460/RX470/RX480, as Ryzen CPUs are expected to be just processors without CPU.
