MSI H81-P32L
is the new mobo i bought less than a month ago.
I ran it just fine the 1st time, install fresh windows, putting my backups in and everything is just fine. After, shutting down couple of times because of certain software installed needs to restart windows i dont think that would cause anything. Well, after all and all, gaming 1 or 2 hours on it, decide to shut it down and when i turn it on the next day, "all settings were reset to deafult values". well, there's more than that, but, that is the only main things i know. And then, mobo still run just fine, i can game on it, i can use my software apps just fine. its just that whenever i shut my pc down for more than 3/4 hours, the bios resets automatically, i did search the bios if i were set it to reset everytime after shut down, no luck looking for that. Any help please? I don't see i have to set the date and time every time on other pc. LOL

Solution
Probably the motherboard's battery is dead and you have to replace it with a new one. Usually that battery is an CR2032 model. Now if you get a new battery and it doesn't solve the issue, then the motherboard or PSU may be bad. Good luck.
