Hello Computer Experts,
I am new to building computers (I have never built one) however I have started to get into web design as well as processing images for my company. I have found that many of the things I do are far too demanding for my cheap laptop (HP Pavillion with A10-5745m with 6gb ram) I find that it takes hours to do anything intensive.
I find the computer world fascinating and hope to dive into it more in the future, hence why I want to build my own desktop even if it means a higher cost. I want to build my own desktop with plenty of power to do everything I need with video and image processing as well as play the occasional game (I honestly am not much of a gamer but do enjoy the occasional battlefield game) So what I would like is for you all to dissect my build and make improvements (or cut back in areas that I have gone overboard) I have done plenty of research before posting this so hopefully I will be able to hold my own in a conversation about computer components.
I would like to overclock in the future, however for now I just need a desktop that will do everything I need. I would also like to use dual 1440p screens which is doable with the 1070 from what I have found.
Thank you for any feedback you give!

The first thing I notice is that you haven't listed a CPU cooler - the K version of the i7-7700K doesn't come with a CPU cooler.
If you're working with larger files (such as images) - I would also recommend getting a large storage space (maybe a 1-2TB HDD).
You also haven't listed a Power supply.
You didn't list what sort of thermal grease/paste you were planning to use.

Also, for gaming, the GTX 1070 will struggle if you're planning to use two monitors in 1440p.
