The Division GPU usage

Every 5-10 minutes after playing the division my gpu usage drops to 0, it didnt happened when I started playing the division a month back I tried doing a lot of things but nothing seems to work. I really need help, my specs:

gtx 1050 ti msi oc 4g
8gb ram
i5 4460-s

1) To be clear, is the game doing a quick STUTTER or freezing up?

2) Have you tried dropping the SETTINGS for the game a lot lower to see what happens?

3) Check POWER OPTIONS and make sure that PCIe link-state isn't set high (it can throttle the GPU)

4) Some people claimed upgrading to 16GB system memory helped (I have no idea if that's true)

5) Some people have had success rolling back to an earlier NVidia driver (maybe run the program DDU first). Those comments were MONTHS ago, but perhaps a recent NVidia driver update started your problem?
