Best used graphics card for $80-$100

Looking to buy a used video card for 80-100 bucks. I want to get the best that I can and have been looking at the hd7950 which I can get in that price range. Any other cards that would beat that one in that price range?

The used market fluctuates, so there is no standard best deal. It's tough to think of anything offhand that can usually be found in that range that's better than a 7950/7970 or one of their derivatives. Make sure you already have the power supply. It's not such a deal if you also have pay for a new power supply.
