My phone is Huawei Y6. I can't open my phone. It's requiring me to reboot my phone and update external storage so I can access it again but when I'm connecting it to my laptop so i can transfer the update from Huawei, the external device won't show up and just shows CD Drive mobile partner. How can I open my external device then?

Your title said encryption unsuccessful, what exactly happened before your issue started? Do you have an SD card in the phone? Does it work when you take it out? Exactly what happens when you turn on the phone.
