1T sata
Corsair 550W

I need best possible graphic card
For this compatible with my board
I'm buying new pc for me but i want to give this to my younger sister and make it as good as i can

I agree that the GTX 750 ti would be a good choice. That model (and maybe later "ti" models) doesn't require additional power connections directly from the PSU. So if you go with something else please check how many 6pin or 8pin power connections your PSU has spare and card needs.

Yes i know but his pc wont perform good with the rx 460 or gtx 1050 , gtx 750 ti will still do the job .

I used to own a Q9550 (granted, slightly faster CPU than OP's) and used it until a year ago with R9 280X. It ran all games beautifully on max details. Sure, it got CPU bottlenecked on several titles, but framerates and settings were still very nice.

OP, I'd get RX 460 for sure.

gtx 750 ti

as @herrwizo said rx 460 is more worth it but if your little sister wants to push the pc's power at its limits ,then she ll get bottleneck (mostly in cpu-intensive games ) .

I always choose the one with the oc option but if the price is above 25 bucks then i go for the non-oc one its not a big difference , i dont really thing your sister will need the oc option !

Same story with the RX 460 and GTX 1050. There is no reason for a GTX 750 (Ti) anymore. It's outdated technology and the RX 460, GTX 1050 whilst costing similarly, do everything better.
