What Setting Would Be The Right Settings For Pverclocking My Card?

Hello. I am trying to overclock a old card for research purposes. I am overclocking a GT 640 1GB(Galaxy Edition OC) What would be some good settings for this card on MSI Afterburner. For example what should I set the memory clock speed shader clock and voltage ect ect,

For research, just give it a go. No one is going to have exact figures, for any GPU. It isn't contemporary either, and it wouldn't have been a choice for people who actually did overclocking at the time.

If you want to come at it from behind, increase the clock speed until it is unstable, increase voltage, check temperature, and repeat until the GPU is around 85C under load. Or if you don't care about the GPU, keep going until it is around 100C.
