The GPU should fit into that MB, as long as the MB has pcie x16 slot, but the question will be the GPU can fit into the Acer PC case or not. And also, can the PSU power up the gtx1050ti?

1) Open the case make the measurement like this , and here is the gtx1050ti dimensions: 8.3 " x 4.4 " x 1.5 " Inch. You want to see the space will be bigger than the 8.3" (in the link the space is 10.5")
2) If you have problem to boo the PC, after install the gtx1050ti, may try the troubleshooting from nvidia ( it is same for win10 if your pc has the win10) . http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3156/~/when-installing-an-after-market-graphics-card-into-a-certified-windows-8-pc

3) Usually the per-build PC will come with 300W or less PSU, so you are better to buy a good brand PSU 400W or up for the gtx1050ti. Info: how to choose a PSU. http://www.tomshardware.com/t/power-supplies/
