I have an assembled desktop which i use for video editing. Here is the configuration:

1) processor : intel i7 - 3930k 3.2 GHz
2) motherboard: Asus P9X79 pro
3) graphics card : Nvidia Gtx 680
4) 32GB ram
5) corsair H100i hydro cooling
6) corsair Tx850 power supply

After a month long vacation during which my desktop was off , when i restarted my system i faced a strange problem. The system would start for 2 seconds, then restart, then turn off then restart and so on. Here is a video of the problem as it stands today : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXQwCMJmby4

My first instinct was that possibly its a power supply issue. I got it replaced but the problem persisted. The same supply is powering other motherboards. The motherboard is booting from a 450W power supply but not from 850, 750 and 650W. So i'm stuck with this sudden incompatibility. HAs anyone faced this problem before? Please help.
