Download speeds far slower than what I pay for through powerline, normal upload speeds.

I just got a fibre broadband connection hooked up, and I have a 100 Mpbs download/10 Mbsp upload package. I get those speeds on my phone and other computers in the house, but on my PC, connected to the router via Powerline, the TL-PA 4010 Powerline kit, I get this:

I've tried resetting both devices, updating firmware, uninstalling some software such as some Asus Key Registration program, but it still remains like this. Any help?

I would try the powerline units in the same room different outlets just to see what the maximum you can get out of them.

There is not much you can do your only hope is to try to find a different outlet that works better. Also be very sure they are plugged directly into the wall no power strips or extension cords.
