I have an alright computer at the moment but it was second hand and is slightly losing its speed, i have a build that i think is pretty good but i would like an 'expert' or anyone who has experience to have a look and tell me of any changes i could make

Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

Cooler Master MasterAir Maker 8 66.0 CFM CPU Cooler

MSI Z270-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Case

EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

LG GH24NSC0B DVD/CD Writer

Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition (2-Pack) 62.7 CFM 120mm Fans (2 of these)

and i am thinking of just switching my ssd and hdd from my current build to this one.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Here are my thoughts:

I am assuming you are building a purely gaming PC (due to the selection of an i5-7600K and a GTX 1070). If yes, I would cut down costs on the 32GB RAM as a lot will not be utilized in gaming. I would select, at a maximum, a 2x8GB sticks of the same brand (or other brands with low-profile sticks such as HyperX or G.Skill due to your large air cooler). If this rig is to be used for multitasking work (video and multimedia editing), then the 32GB RAM seems logical, but, I would pair this with an i7 (for it's hyperthreading capabilities), such as an i7-7700K.

For the PSU, the Corsair G2 series is a good choice (made by Super Flower). Note that a rig built around a single GTX 1070 GPU can be sufficiently powered by...

For the PSU, the Corsair G2 series is a good choice (made by Super Flower). Note that a rig built around a single GTX 1070 GPU can be sufficiently powered by a 500W (or a 550W for OC headroom). Unless you are looking at SLI'ing the GTX 1070 in the near future, you can even cut down some expenses if a more affordable PSU of the same quality is available in the ~550W range.

As for case fans, your Phanteks case is already equipped with 2 good 140mm case fans (1 pre-installed at the rear and 1 pre-installed at the front). I would just get 2x AF140 Fans (not SP fans as you don't have any radiators installed) especially that this case is designed with high airflow in mind. With the 2 pre-installed fans, there are still 3x 140mm fan mounting locations left in the case (2 more at the top and 1 more at the front). I would put the 2x preinstalled 140mm fans at the front and the 2x new AF140 fans at the top and rear. There is a diminishing return if you put in a lot of fans in the case (which will only create more noise for very miniscule temperature drop). So just buy 1 twin-pack to save some money.

Just my two cents. Hope it'll help.

Solution
looks good. depending on the pricing this cooler might be overkill (in my location you pay 120€ for this baby. any cooler more expensive than 65€ in my location is burning cash)

instead of the Corsair SP120 go with Cougar or Noctua -- if you want LEDs go with Corsair MLs.
The SP120 aren't worth their money (so are the AF120)

instead of the 650W G2, I'd go with the 550W G3

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Corsair CO-9050017-BLED 66.4 CFM 140mm Fan x 2

Does this seem like a sound pc? if you think there's anything else gimme another reply thanks :D

Yes, for your intended use, the adjusted/updated specs would be a better-valued partslist than the original. Good luck in your build!

Just one side note though, the Mastair Air Maker 8, if I'm not mistaken, does have LED lights but only in Red color (which you can turn off). The updated corsair fans you got has LED lights but Blue color ("BLED"). Not that it matters unless you are going for a specific interior lighting scheme here.
