Which graphic card should I choose?

Solution
I say it depends on two things which we do not know because you did not mention them. One, the rest of your computer specs. If you have an old dual core, a faster GPU will not help as much as if you had a relatively newer quad core. Two, what games do you play? Some games all but require the best videocard you can throw at them, other games can be more forgiving.

Both of these cards have very little VRAM, which will limit them even at 1080p resolution. Check RX470 4GBor GTX1050Ti. Radeon is much faster and feature packed, GTX1050Ti is cheaper and power efficient, and both have 4GB, which is optimal for 1080p.
