My First Watercooler... please help!

So I have recently been getting sick and tired of the stock CPU cooler, as its too noisy and not cooling enough etc... so I've been looking around for an aftermarket cooler, but many of them are around £40/£50 the good ones anyway. So i stumbled across this:

It looks very good, and the reviews are positive as well. Price is acceptable. Only problem is I don't know if it will fit in my case:

I was kind of worried as my mobo is mATX also, so i feared the ram slots would interfere.

So if anyone would know if it definitely would fit, it would be greatly appreciated :)

I have an i5 6600k. For the time being, i will NOT be overclocking, however it is definitely a possibility in the future. The CPU is getting to temps like 80-90 degrees whilst gaming, hence why i need a new cooler.

Yeah the only reason that I don't really want an air cooler like Noctua, is the size of it. I really don't think that it would fit, as the back case fan nearly touches the cooler as is.
Also, I know that it's not really a high end liquid cooler, but I think it's definitely somewhere to start until money becomes less of an issue say in a year or so.
