Hello all, first I want to thank you for taking the time in trying to help me and I want you to know that I appreciate it.

Now I built my pc a while back in December of 2013 and it was doing really well until recently. I have an i5 4750k, 600W PSU, a MSI Mobo, 970, and 16GB of RAM. I had my Seagate HDD fail so I bought a new one from Deskstar and it seems to have alleviated the HDD issues but now EVERY TIME i pull my PC out of sleep mode it BSOD. Every. Single. Time.

Now normally I can deal with this and just power down my PC until I figure out what the issue is, but now it's starting to Blue Screen even when I'm just using it for every day tasks.

I downloaded BlueScreen Viewer and idk what information is needed but I will post the crashes that seem to have variation in the reasons of crashing here >> https://imgur.com/a/0Ev24

Solution
The Kernel_data_inpage Error is mostly caused by a Hard Drive issue or an RAM issue.
I would suggest running Chkdsk and memtest86+ to determine which is the issue.

FYI- as a tech for the last 20 years, I must tell you, the Deskstar is known to us as the "deathstar" due to it's high failure rate.
