It is a great wireless card, but it only will affect the latency between your access point and your computer. The latency between your router and the server will still be the same. (you will still see 120-130 ms).

Try to game in a local server or a closer one.

The short answers are no, no, yes, and maybe.

Long answer, he's setting up a local network. For all intents and purposes he's basically plugging two computers directly into each other over short range. That won't change how he connects to his ISP to get internet, typically through a modem with a set connection speed, and price. Same modem, same speed, same ping, etc.

Would it benefit you? If you have multiple computers and you're constantly transferring large files between them, and those computers are connected to each other with this equipment, sure. You'd be able to send files back and forth quicker. But only between computers connected like this, not anything over the internet.

A 40Gbit ethernet card won't help decreasing your ping. Also they are really expensive and the network equipments that support that kind of bandwith are server/enterprise oriented.

Using wired connection could help a bit in your latency, but not that much. The only option is to get another ISP or going to a closer server.
