Two years ago I replaced my failing hard drive for a Toshiba one, a couple of days ago I ran Crystal Disk Info to check how it was doing and I got a "caution" warning in the current pending sector area, so I tried to see if HDD Regnerator could do anything, it said I had 8 bad sectors and they were fixed so after that I ran Crystal Disk Info again and the current pending sector area is now in good state however I still have the caution warning but this time in reallocated sectors count
I'm not sure if my hard drive is failing or not cause some programs say it is but some say it's working fine, i also ran chkdsk and it had to fix some stuff after that it said the hard drive was working fine so I don't know if I should invest in a new one this would be the third time I'd have to purchase a new hdd in four years.

Here are some images from different programs:

That's what I thought, I have another laptop that's 8 years old and the hdd is still working fine. I don't know if it's worth spending money on a new hdd if this gonna keep happening. I'm not sure if I should start considering buying a new laptop.

Yeah I think replacing it would be too expensive, I searched and didn't find any problems with this model.
However this laptop has given me so many hardware problems, it's not under warranty anymore but when it was it had its screen replaced and some cables after that, unfortunately the warranty policy was awful and they never wanted to replace the laptop for a new one.
