Do I Need to Uninstall my Graphics Card Driver Before Putting in a New One?

Hello, I just bought a new GPU i currently have the nvidia 645 in my rig do i need to uninstall the GPU drivers before i manually install the 1060 into my rig or will it just delete the old drivers from my 645 when i install the new drivers for the 1060?

use this, remove all old gpu drivers

install the 1060

after get the newest drivers from the nvidia website
