Windows 10 Education 64-Bit Task Manager not showing correct Memory Speed

I think my XMP 2.0 is Enabled to XMP Profile 1
Motherboard: Asrock Pro4 H270
CPU: Intel i5 7600 (4 Core / 4 Threads ) (3500 MHz Base Clock / 4100 MHz Turbo Clock) (Max TDP : 65 Watts

I'd need to see the Memory tab in CPU-Z but DDR4 2400 will be listed as 1200Mhz. DDR = double data rate. 2400 is the effective speed while CPU-Z reads the actual speed.

Ignore task manager.

Because before the edits it seemed as if you were asking what speed your memory was running at. If the Memory tab shows 1200Mhz then you're fine. CPU-Z is right. Task manager is wrong.
