hello everyone, i got a problem with my ram, i have an asus sabertooth x99 motherboard and when i install the ram 2 on the left and 2 on the right, it only says 16gb eventhough i have 32gb, but when i put them all on th right side, it reads 32gb but it crashes once in awhile, and it says memory_management error

I am confuse how many sticks of ram physically you have 2 or 4, and what are they 8gb or 16gb ?
Are they all the same make/model/speed Ram types ?

thanks for your time, btw i got 4 dimms 8gb each made by patriot 2133mhz. right now i have them in a1,b1,c1,d1 in my MoBo, but it reads 16gb only, when i check the bios, a1 and b1 dimms slot says N/A, it only shows the one on the right which is c1 and d1, oh and i tried switching the sticks so im pretty sure they all working fine, but i cant figure out why it doesnt work on the left side,, it might be the dimms of the MoBo?
if you have swapped your sticks of ram and it still only recognizes half the value of the ram, I fear the motherboard may be at fault here.
