Is this a good PSU for my new rig?

Hello,

I'm building a new gaming rig and these are the specs:
i5 7600k
Cryorig H5
Gigabyte GF GTX1060 EXTREME 6GB
GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-ULTRA GAMING
Samsung EVO 850 250GB
DDR4 8gb Hyperx 2400mhz
WD Blue 1TB
NZXT s340 elite

So i wanna know if this PSU is good enough for that rig: SEASONIC 520W M12II BRONZE EVO

S12II and M12II are the same unit, the M12II is semi-modular (all non essential cables can be disconnected)
the EVO editions are a wee bit better than the non evo.

would the SEASONIC 520W M12II be any good if i tried to OC the cpu a bit?
