Hello, I have just built my new rig and I'm very concerned.
My specs:
CPU: AMD FX 6300
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB OC
Ram: Kingston Hyperx Fury 2x4 GB DDR3
PSU: EVGA 500B
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD: Sandisk 120GB
Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite White
I plugged my PC into a surge protector and turned it on, but only the power LED and my keyboard turned on. My mouse did not turn on, and the fans were also not spinning. I double checked everything, and I'm sure that I wired everything in correctly according to the manual. I then tried to plug it into an outlet and the same thing happened. I also wore an anti-static wristband the whole time I was building, so I wouldn't think static electricity would be the issue. Please help.

Yes, I confirmed that I have connected everything and have installed all 9 standoffs in my case. I have a magnetic screwdriver so no screws are stuck under the MB. The only way I can turn it off is to cut power from the PSU. I can't turn it off using the power button because my keyboard and the PW LED just stay on. I've also tried removing the CMOS battery and putting it back in, but no luck. I find it weird because even though I never press the power button when I turn on the power supply, my keyboard (connected to the MB) turns on.
