Hi, today I was cleaning all parts of my case. When tried to bring out the CPU of the socket, suddenly my nail went to its bottom and I think one or two pins were scratched

Nothing happened to the socket and it's totally OK. What do you mean of bending? Didn't use that much force to make it bend. Just my nail went to the bottom suddenly when I wanted to hold the CPU. I tried to clean it up but those pictures show that I can't clean them more than this. This caused me to come ask here because the remaining effect is like a scratchy one. But if you say they can't be damaged by nails seems it must be OK though. Thanks I will try again to clean it even more

Re-installed CPU and fortunately it seems there is no problem. But another question:
May have this scratched part affected the performance of my CPU which I may notice about them later? Or because you said it is not damaged nothing has happened really? Because I did my best to clear the pins in the pictures, but I couldn't clean them 100% and a bit of that is still there...!

Hi, while friends here say there should be no problem, but I've noticed few system freezes after this occurred. Sometimes my pc freezes for no reason. My PC was completely ok before. Also, my HDD and RAM are both new. So I guess my problem is related to CPU been damaged... But it is not that frustrating...
