VS450 for this build and some psu questions

I bought this build
- i3 6100
- MSI B150M pro-vh
- corsair 2x4GB DDR4
- seagate barracuda 1TB 7200RPM and toshiba 500GB 5400RPM (laptop hdd)
- tp link wlan card
- standard mouse and keyboard and 1 joystick
- and vs450

but I'm planning to buy MSI RX 480 and 5 case fans with led, and custom cpu fan (maybe 120mm with led)

will vs450 enough for this? and how much the power consumption of that build (current build with rx 480,5 case fans and cpu fan)?

- if yes, is vs450 enough for 24 hours for one day (not 24/7, but 24 hours for a specific day only)
- if no, will msi rx 470 enough? and is vs450 enough for 24 hours for one day, or
- rx 480 with 5 case fan without led and cpu fan without led will enough?

on 100% load
- does 450watt psu draw more than 450watt due to efficiency and usable power is 450watt, or
- draw max 450watt and usable power is lower than 450watt due to efficiency?

that said, if your computer turned on for longer time the more power it need
if a psu capable for a computer build for 8 hours, then how long should it shutted down after 8 hours on?

it's all about heat. if stressed a PSU produces heat (actually the electricity does).
especially cheaper PSUs don't like heat as cheaper and lower quality components degrade much faster, perform worse and start to fail.
so if you were to game a game that tasks your CPU & GPU at 100% the PSU has to deliver much power and heats up. depending on ambient temperature heat levels can rise up sooner or later, making it somewhat smart to let it cool down a bit
if it's constantly taxed the parts will always operate at a higher temperature which shortens their lifespan

a 7200rpm HDD needs around 10W
a fan 1-5W depending on the fan

how much watts are drawn from the grid depends on the watts drawn from the system
bronze certification means it...
from the bottom to the top:

a 450W PSU will output 450W under max load, but draw more from the grid due to efficiency
how much a PSU can really output is on the label. it can happen, that a 450W unit can only output 300W outside a lab due to rail restrictions

- yes 450W is sufficient for a 480 and 5 non-industrial fans
- 24h once in a while is probably alright if not stressed for that time

the VS450 is the cheapest Corsair supply there is and really low quality though.
Instead of adding 5 LED case fans, which you won't ever need for your build, 2 fans are MORE than sufficient for this setup, shoot for a better quality supply, like a Corsair CXM450 or a Seasonic S12II-520 Evo or a XFX TS 450 (not the 430!)

after reading your reply and reconsidered, I think I will go for 2 fan without led due to needs and power avaibility

but, what do you mean by "24h once in a while is probably alright if not stressed for that time", like gaming for several hours then stop and gaming again?
and will that build capable for 18 hours everyday?

if a psu capable for 6 hours gaming, do it need to shut down of just stop gaming after 6 hours gaming?

and how much power does it needed?

if I install another hdd 7200RPM, will that psu enough?

bronze certification means it will on average be 84% efficient, so 16% power are wasted. this isn't constant in any department, at extremely low power draws it's usually less efficient
but 84% efficiency means that at 84W load, the PSU will draw 100W from the grid.
the other 16W are transformed into heat.

but, sorry I mean my hardware power needed, not the psu drawn power for current build with rx480
