Should I go with PC 1 or 2 for the best gaming/recording experience?

1:
-Intel i7 3.2 GHz Quad-Core
-12 GB RAM
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 Video Card
-2 TB Hard Drive

2:
-AMD-FX-4300 Quad-Core Processor
-16 GBs Of Ram
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 Graphics Card
-1TB Hard Drive

Solution

1st PC is better go for it.
After you buy it, get better graphic card soon and use this chart to find next one: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

the gt 720 is a joke of gpu for gaming, it is very very weak, the 4 cores fx is really old and there is many better cpus out there

the i7, must be the really old model with triple channel memory support, it must be faster than the fx and has a real gpu, that gtx

if the price is right the i7 is a better option but, is very old and i don't buy very old things and use them hard, they are old and surely are not far from a failure, especially the mainboard

To be honest, I would wait another month or two to buy anything. AMD Ryzen is coming out late February/ early March and as long a it doesn't flop, it should drive 4core/8thread CPU prices down at lead 30%, allowing you the possibility to get a better cpu/gpu combo. If you can hold out a bit, do it.

the 460, most games at medium settings at 1600x900 at good speed, some even on 1080p but not sure if that one is 1 gb ddr5 or 2gb ddr5, probably 1 gb only

it slower than a gtx 750ti, that is a good gpu ofr 1080p when on a budget

are those offerings you found or are you planning on buying the parts and do something with them?

the i7, try to offer less than 200, the fx, forget it, completely

but remember that the i7 surely is older than 8 years, so as i said, it possibly doesn't have much years more to offer before dying

what is the rest of the specs, does it come with case and psu?

I guess CPU can't just die, it is meant to be used for 15 years I read that information somewehre on forums and I know many guys here can confirm this.

Well, it's an owner selling their PC. As I can see from the answers, the 1st is the best option. That's the only detail I have on the PCs. I wish to know how I can improve on it in a cheap yetbefficient way! (I don't care about ULTRA settings. Just as long as the visuals are great and I can record)
