Computer Freezing Randomly

For a while now, at completely random times all programs on my computer will crash at once. It starts off chrome not being able to connect to the internet, then chrome becoming unresponsive, then everything else following suit. I did memtests, HDD and SSD tests on the relevant drives, and a CPU test, all of which resulted in no errors. I decided to install a clean copy of Windows 7, and for about two hours, everything was smooth and I did not get a single problem. Then I installed my graphics drivers, and 30 seconds later the problem came back.

UPDATE: I should also mention that whenever running certain games, such as CS:GO or Modded MC, The game lags inconsistently, going 100fps for 5 seconds, then 10 fps for the next few.

My Specs:
GTX 1060 MINI
FX 8530
12GB Ram

I'd very much appreciate any help with this problem.

See if you can find a driver dated from before the errors.
Find a way to download and use DDU to uninstall your current drivers.
Install drivers from before problem (or before you got the card if that's the case)
Also list all system specs, whatever out of this list wasn't in the OP:
CPU
PSU
GPU
RAM
MOBO
Model and brand.

AMD FX 8350
EVGA 500W
Zotac GTX 1060 6GB Mini
12GB RAM
ASRock 970M PRO3
it's a custom build

I will install an earlier graphics driver, and see if that fixes the issue.
In regards to gdmaclew's response, I also think it is a PSU problem, I feel like 500W is not enough to run the build.

EDIT: Installing older graphics drivers does not help.

Because I thought you were correct, but somebody stated that it wasn't.

At this point it's either the Mobo or the PSU.

If it was faulty, wouldn't the computer just shut down or BSOD at times?
