Is the Noctua NH-U12S compatible with G.Skill Trident Z RGB RAM?

I am currently shopping for RAM for my new system, and I want to make absolute sure that my parts fit/work. So, can I trust the "100% RAM Compatibility" claim of the Noctua NH-U12S? From what I could find out myself, the fan has a 45 mm clearance/depth, and the height of the Trident Z RAM is 44 mm. Is this fine or is more clearance preferable?

Shouldn't interfere since the tower itself is a thinner design to avoid memory issues.

I would get a Cryorig H5 Universal.

it depends largely on your board as well.

on a LGA2011-3 board or LGA1150 there shouldn't be any interference
on a LGA 1151 the first slot might be overhung, however since the ram is 44mm and it got a 45mm clearance it shouldn't be an issue

As long as the Noctua fits I think I am going to recycle it from my current build, at least for now. However, I will keep the Cryorig in mind for future upgrades.
