I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 am3+ motherboard fitted with an FX4300 processor and Artic Freezer Pro 7 heatsink and fan. Its the Rev 6.0 board with the F2 bios and CPU smart fan is enabled in the bios.
I originally got this with a stock cooler which was WAY too loud, so ive changed it with the artic cooler (not the best but have used these in the past and got good results). Sadly the fan is still noisy and the RPM is constantly changing speeds which also changes the noise of the fan which is really annoying. The fan speed constantly changes from 1500rpm to 1900rpm and its up and down like a yoyo.
Note I have fitted it properly with decent paste etc and the temperature never seems to go over 27c when in the bios.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
