As soon as I run a benchmark like Heaven or a game like call of duty the game or benchmark crash's, I've have tested a navidia 610 on my computer and the issue is no longer there, Can anyone suggest anything?

what i've done:

-Tested with new power supply, same problems.

-R.M.A'd for the same card, same issue which leaves me to think its a driver issue of software somewhere conflicting

-i have tried a fresh install using ddu multiple times, tried powercolors driver... same problem

-O.s format and install

-disabled anything power saving in windows and in bios.

-checked for bios updates, none available

-tried reseating the gpu & ram

-created reg for tdrdelay and set to 8

--rma'd my motherboard, problem is still there

OS - Windows 10 pro 64-bit

GPU - Powercolor rx 460 2gb

CPU - FX6300

motherboard - gigabyte GA-78lmt-usb3 rev 6

500w corsair powersupply (Thought it was the psu before, bought this one from my friend and the errors continue.

2 x 4gb corsair ram

Cooler Master: Hyper 212 EVO

Event Viewer: 4101 Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Hi,
thanks for the reply, i run ccleaner weekly, i manged to set the card to 900mhz and it no longer crash's, could it be that the rx460 is struggling to get all the power it needs from the pcie slot?

If there's nothing wrong with the PSU or board, the power available at the slot should be fine. It is a 75W (TDP) card with no 6-pin connection. If new driver installations and CCleaner haven't fixed it, I'd consider checking for malware. Or some software running in the background that conflicts with that game. If still no joy, and if this issue happens in other games, I'd then have to consider the possibility that the card is defective.

Thanks for replying, i still have the problem after a fresh o.s install so dont reckon itl be malware, runing kodi yesterday i was getting the following error aswell:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error
Processor APIC ID: 0

The details view of this entry contains further information.

which is strange because ive only had this motherboard a couple of days as ive had it rma'd aswell. i have allready rma'd the graphics card aswell so im really lost, any other suggestions?

Only if you still doubt the veracity of the 'other' memory test you did.
After all the components you've verified already, there's not much left other than the RAM and the CPU itself. Unless you have an electrical service issue in your area that the system can't adjust for. Spikes, low voltage, etc. But I would think that would show up with either gfx card.

There is a slim possibility that the new Polaris11 "Baffin" gfx card you have is not 100% compatible with the motherboard BIOS and/or the older 760G chipset. I presume you updated the board's BIOS to the latest version? The 760G is several years old; circa 2006 I believe.

I might leave the computer on overnight and let memtest do it things to rule it out, my motherboard is the rev 6 version and running the latest version "f2" so should be okay on that
