Alright I have bought a few things already so here are the ones I have already bought.
Purchased:
MSI H110M Gaming Motherboard
Sapphire HD 7970 Overclocked Ghz Edition
Rosewill 850 Watt Semi Modular Power Supply

Planning on buying:
Intel i5 7500
Corsair Vengeance 8GB Stick of DDR4-2400 RAM
Cosair SPEC-03 RED Case
Segate Barracuda 1TB HDD
A 128GB SSD if you have any suggestions

Hardware compatibility wise it will work, however your motherboard will need a BIOS update to be compatible with Kaby Lake (7***) series CPUs. There is a chance that the board will already be shipped with the new BIOS, but you cannot count on that.

On a side note, the H110 class motherboards only support up to 2133MHz. So your 2400MHz memory will only run at 2133MHz. If you can find 2133 RAM for cheaper, it would be a better option.

So in your opinion should I go with the 6500 or 7500 and I also don't know how to do a BIOS update either
