Alright hello guys, I have 2 sticks of 4 gigs of 2400mhz which I installed in my mobo with a b250 chipset. Now before everything I do have an 7700 non K (kaby lake) which means that it should support 2400mhz, I had this problem before so do I just turn on XMP in the bios?

Enabling XMP should run the memory at the correct speed but sometimes you need to manually adjust the speed/voltage in the BIOS, try XMP first.
