Comparing core clock and framebuffer size is meaningless unless they are identical GPUs.

Be aware that even the DDR5 GT 730 is the lowest possible performing card that you could call a 'gaming' videocard. We are talking 720p at low settings and 30fps gaming, unless you are playing old or 2d games. I'd give serious consideration to buying a used card instead, even something like a GTX 650 Ti would be better.
