MSI H110M wiring from case panel

I am having a hard time seeing and interpreting where to plug in the appropriate front panel wires of my Tesserack Deep Cool case panel into the MSI H110M PRO-VD plus.

I have the manual but I must admit I am having a hard time understanding the proper pins in alignment of the plugs. One way seems to look contradictory of what it states.

Plugs needed to match to MB are the HDD LED, Power LED, etc.

The Tesserack plugs seem different from the MSI MB pins. Maybe forest for the trees I guess. Any help please?

Try posting a picture of case connectors, so that labels can be seen.

Here are your case panel plugs:

From left to right:

[ POWERLED - ] plugs into the "JFP1" Header on Pin #4 (that's on the top row, 2nd pin from the left)

[ H.D.D LED (+) (-) ] plugs into the "JFP1" Header on Pins #1 and #3 (both pins are on the bottom row, 1st and 2nd pin from the left). Note that you orient the plug with the (+) sign into Pin #1 and the (-) sign into Pin #3.

[ POWERLED + ] plugs into the "JFP1" Header on Pin #2 (that's on the top row, 1st pin from the left)

[ RESET SW ] plugs into the "JFP1" Header on Pins #5 and #7 (both pins are on the bottom row, 3rd and 4th pin from the left). Note that you can plug it in whatever orientation in these two pins as there is no issue on polarity.

[ POWER SW ] plugs into the "JFP1" Header on Pins #6 and #8 (both pins are on the top row, 3rd and 4th pin from the left). You can also plug this in whatever orientation as there is no issue on polarity.

[ HD AUDIO ] plugs into the "JAUD1" Header. You can only plug this in one orientation so check that the plug where there is no slot aligns with the missing pin in the header.

[ USB ] plugs into the "JUSB1" or "JUSB2" (whichever you prefer). You can also plug this in one orientation only so check that the plug where there is no slot for a pin aligns with the missing pin in the header.

[ That large blue cable ] is the USB3.0 Cable which plugs into "JUSB3". You can also plug this in only one orientation.
