Yes, those 2 AOC monitors are almost identical to the Asus monitors I recommended (they might have the same panel with a few minor difference in external features).
The AOC E2460H is very similar (if not the same) to the panel of the Asus VX238H: 250cd/m2 brightness, 1ms, 170/160 viewing angle, HDMI/DVI/VGA video inputs, speakers, 3-year warranty. Only major difference is the AOC can be wall mounted (VESA-compliant), and the AOC has a matte-finish frame (the Asus has a Gloss finish).
The AOC G2460VQ6 is also akin to the Asus VG245H: Up to 75Hz (via AMD Freesync), 250cd/m2 brightness, 1ms, 170/160 viewing angle, HDMI/DVI/VGA video inputs, speakers, both can be wall mounted, both are matte-finish. The AOC has an additional Display Port input though. The Asus stand can be pivoted, rotated and tilted (the AOC tilt only).
The VE247H has a glossy frame and stand base though (some people don't like that).
All these panels we mentioned have good reviews. I think you won't go wrong in selecting among these monitors in terms of performance. Note that you cannot take advantage of the 75Hz unless you have an AMD Radeon GPU (for FreeSync). In terms of physical appearance, you just have to decide on what looks best on your desk (or wall).
