Hey guys, can you please suggest me a monitor around 24 inches. It's going to be a dual setup and on a desk. Has to be from amazon.co.uk or amazon.de or any other EU delivering site. Got 300-400 euro to spend.

Yes, those 2 AOC monitors are almost identical to the Asus monitors I recommended (they might have the same panel with a few minor difference in external features).

The AOC E2460H is very similar (if not the same) to the panel of the Asus VX238H: 250cd/m2 brightness, 1ms, 170/160 viewing angle, HDMI/DVI/VGA video inputs, speakers, 3-year warranty. Only major difference is the AOC can be wall mounted (VESA-compliant), and the AOC has a matte-finish frame (the Asus has a Gloss finish).

The AOC G2460VQ6 is also akin to the Asus VG245H: Up to 75Hz (via AMD Freesync), 250cd/m2 brightness, 1ms, 170/160 viewing angle, HDMI/DVI/VGA video inputs, speakers, both can be wall mounted, both are matte-finish. The AOC has an additional Display...
Here are some suggestions:

Monitor: Asus VE247H 23.6" 1920x1080 Monitor (€134.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Monitor: Asus VX238H 23.0" 1920x1080 Monitor (€149.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Monitor: Asus VG245H 24.0" 1920x1080 75Hz Monitor (€199.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)

All of these suggested monitors are ~24" / ~1-2ms / TN / 1080p resolution which is based on the current GTX 970 GPU you have. Note that the VX238H cannot be wall mounted. Note also that VG245H is 75Hz (but if only using a AMD Radeon GPU/FreeSync).

The AOC has an additional Display Port input though. The Asus stand can be pivoted, rotated and tilted (the AOC tilt only).

The VE247H has a glossy frame and stand base though (some people don't like that).

All these panels we mentioned have good reviews. I think you won't go wrong in selecting among these monitors in terms of performance. Note that you cannot take advantage of the 75Hz unless you have an AMD Radeon GPU (for FreeSync). In terms of physical appearance, you just have to decide on what looks best on your desk (or wall).
