Hello, I've been having this problem for years now, whenever I plug in any mic into my MoBo the microphone has this white noise constantly, after doing a bit of research I've discovered, that the reason behind it is that MoBo doesn't adequately insulate the part that sound comes in so it get's a bit distorted (white background) . I've believe a sound card would solve this issue. Would External USB sound card solve the issue or should I go for the one that plugs into PCI 4X slot?
