Ok, so I've had this CPU and cooler for about 5 months, and haven't had any problems. I tried overclocking once, but overshot, and scared myself enough to not try again. That is besides the point, not the question. As I am not concerned about overclocking, I am just trying to keep my system cool. Recently I have gotten a 144hz monitor (1080p), and have been using my old monitor for things like teamspeak, google, etc. I know having more than one monitor can affect temps slightly, but I digress. Also, on a sidenote, it is paired with a GTX 1060 6GB, so no bottleneck. So, to get to the point, my temps seem kind of high. While playing H1Z1 KOTK, with all settings on low, my CPU averages about 40%-60% load, but the temperatures stay around 55*c-65*c. When testing prime95 for around 5 minutes my temps went to 70*c, and were stable there (not sure what version of prime95 though...). When testing prime95 my voltage, according to CPU-Z was 1.180 the whole 5 minutes, while idle voltages were around .718. Idle temperatures sit around 32*c, while my graphics card sits around 40*c, I'm assuming the GPU's temps are being caused by the 2 monitors, because before I had 2, it idled at around 35*c. I am using a DIYPC T1-BK case, cheap I know, but it gets the job done. I have one large fan pulling in from the front, 2 120mm's pulling in from the side, and 1 120mm pushing out the back. I used the thermal paste that i received with my noctua cooler, supposedly high quality? My system is also running on an ASRock z97 Fatal1ty Killer MOBO. Can somebody please enlighten me, and let me know if these temps are normal? It would be greatly appreciated! :)

Those gaming/Prime95 temps are well within safe ranges. The version of Prime95 you want to use is 26.6, test with Small FFT's for at least 10 min.

^^^Highly recommend you read this as it will tell you everything you need to know about Intel CPU temps and a good guide for overclocking.
