PC part list/full build check - New to building PCs

New PC builder here.

Wondering if there would be any problems (such as no room for parts in the motherboard) with my full build that I will buy and put together soon (provided there are no big problems that can't be fixed too easily), or any suggestions for improvement from current parts or peripherals at a ~$600 budget, excluding monitor

CPU: Intel Core i3-7100 3.90GHz 3M Cache: $119.90 (Amazon)

Motherboard: MSI Pro Series Intel B250 LGA 1151 DDR4 HDMI USB 3.1 micro-ATX Motherboard: $79.99 (Amazon)

No SSD

GPU: PowerColor AMD Radeon RED DEVIL RX480 8GB GDDR5 (3 fans) (Used, Like New)

I could also go with the cheaper one by MSI, but it would be 4GB and 2 fans so I'm thinking the PowerColor is the way to go

What do you suggest for a case that will fit everything, that is around the same price range?
