Do I just screw it directly into the case, or is anything else like standoffs needed? I think it has some pre-installed? This is for an ASRock Z97 Extreme6 MB.

Solution
I believe that case comes with the standoffs already installed. Or at least, most of them. So just screw the board to the standoffs (after putting the IO shield in place first). BUT...
Check to see if you need all the standoffs for your particular board. Some don't use all of them. If you end up with an extra one behind the board where there is no hole for a screw, you'll short out the back of the board.

I'm counting 10 holes on the MB and 9 standoffs in the case.

Not a matter of counting. You have to look at the board and see where the mounting holes are in relation to the standoffs on the case. What board do you have?
Never mind, You already mentioned it...

I have a bag with two standoffs.

Also, how do I know which screws to use? These all seem similar:

Couldn't find it in the 'manual' which is just one page of drawings, but luckily someone put a review online where they put pictures of the bags of screws and listed what they're for.
